Broken candle?

We take pride in what we do, and work hard in guaranteeing the safe arrival of your product. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen.

We will gladly replace any candle(s) that arrive to you in a state that is non-functional due to shipping, as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to request necessary documentation for these purposes. Don't worry, we'll cover the shipping.

Not what you were expecting?

Sorry about that! We know you're taking a chance on us, and unfortunately we don't have "smell-o-vision" technology...yet. If you've had a whiff of your candle out of the box, don't like it, and haven't burned it yet, please send it back to us and we will refund you, less shipping costs. But if you've lit that wick, unfortunately we can no longer take it back. We appreciate your understanding!

We have test burned each and every one of our blends over, and over, and over again, to make sure the consistency is right. One thing we've learned, is that sometimes the fragrance can change once a candle is lit. That is the beauty of blending and layering fragrances. Once your candle is lit, we can only hope that you will enjoy that beauty with us!

Body oil leaked in transit?

Not a problem, we will gladly replace it for you. Just make sure to take some photos of your damaged goods right away, and send the photos to us!

Wrong size?

No worries. If we have an alternate size in stock, we will exchange it for you. Just make sure to send it back right away, stain and odor free.
